Oil Company Greed

Let the oil refinery workers strike.

Maybe then those greedy oil company bastards will realize what it's like to be unemployed. Let them experience what millions of other unemployed Americans are going through - living on unemployment "benefits", living on meager food stamp allowances, standing in unemployment lines for hours, getting rejected applying for job, after job, after job, after job. For every one of these greedy morons that go on strike, there are a hundred others ready and willing to take their place - in a heartbeat.

The unions are dragging down America. At one time there was indeed a place, and perhaps even a need for labor unions, but that time has passed. Now unions are only fouling economic efficiencies and making honest employment a shadow of a whisper from years gone by.

Fact is, oil company greed starts right at the top. With record profits making headlines for oil companies, the average American can only wonder how long it will be before fuel prices skyrocket back to $4.00 per gallon. And its not only the oil companies - take a good close look at the banking and financial sectors. BILLIONS of dollars on BONUSES? These banking creeps need to be dragged out of their offices, kicking and screaming and crying, and publicly flogged!
Three cheers for Congress instituting salary caps for these cretins.

And while we're at it, let the auto industry fail. They have been raping the American consumer for FAR too long and with shoddy, second-rate products at that. The foreign competition in the automotive industry has NOTHING to worry about from American auto manufacturers; the designs are uninspired, the workmanship is non-existent, and yet they charge a premium price, stemming mostly from the exorbitant labor charges demanded by the greedy labor unions.

So I say let the greedy oil refinery workers go on strike; let them get what they deserve after that. They can cry in their own soup.
